A short walk to the the Pilgramgasse subway station. Nice Italian restaurant nearby (Sale e Pepe).
Air conditioning was useless in our room. Hotel reception staff were less than helpful when responding to basic requests for information. The bathroom was very small and required me to turn sideways to enter and exit the shower stall.

Very good location (very close to U-Bahn station), simple but clear and comfortable rooms, good breakfast (at additional cost).
The room (x9x) was at the end of very-very long corridor, so if you have heavy luggage, it may be a problem.
